I apologize, I should have written this review earlier. We hired J&J for a group trip to NYC in December. Our driver was Ahmed and he was wonderful. We encountered some bad weather on the way back from NYC and he did a great job keeping us safe. He was always accessible by phone and would meet us at different locations in the city to take our packages and drive us to the next location. I would absolutely use J&J again.
