To the office of J & J,
I want to write a comment about the person who helped me setup my reservation; Diana. Diana was so very helpful in planning this rental. She never once got annoyed or bothered by my phone calls. I called at least 3 different times on 3 different days. I originally called just to get estimates on this. This night is going to be very special. It is my wife’s surprise 30th birthday party. I wanted her to arrive in style. Without getting into the details, she has had a very trying year. There have been some personal setbacks this year for her. I wanted to do something so very special for my wife, because she deserves it. When Diana and I first spoke, there was no way I could afford to do this on my own. So I asked 2 other couples to join us to help split the costs a bit. Either way, I was going to be paying a lot of money out of my own pocket. One accepted and the other didn’t. Diana was instrumental in working with me and offered me a 10% discount which pretty much put me over the top. Her kind and caring ways made me comfortable in my decision. I never once felt pressured to do this. Listen, I am in sales, and I know all too well what that feels like. She was very professional, yet she gave it that personal touch. I almost want her to come along for the night now, because I feel like she should be there! In closing, Diana is a huge asset to J&J. I never booked here before and if all your staff is as friendly and as personal as Diana is, I will gladly book again and I will certainly refer your company to anyone I know. Thank you Diana, and thank you J&J for having such friendly and professional staff. I can’t wait for the 21st and the surprise this will bring to my wife!

Dear Staff of J and J Transportation,
I want to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful bus transportation
you have provided to our summer camps for the summers 2008 – 2011.
I called your office back in January 2008 to make transportation arrangements
for the summer and was greeted in a very professional manor. I was a bit hesitant to
use a company that I never used before and was reassured by your team, that the
service you provide was simply the best.
I just want to let you know, that statement is 100% accurate. Every time a bus
was ordered it showed up on time and with a courteous driver. Even when I ordered a
55 passenger bus and you only had a 47 passenger you sent a van to make up for the
difference in seats. I have never experienced service like that before. The buses were
always clean and well maintained. They never broke down and were always prompt.
The drivers all had cell phones and GPS devices to make sure they were reachable
and not to get lost.
Besides the prompt service, clean buses and courteous drivers you also
accommodated us on the price of all the charters, even when gas prices were out of
control. We both gave in a little on some of the trips and you kept your word on all the
contracts that we agreed upon. Again, very honest and good business practice.
Another point I want to mention, was my dealings with Shannon and honestly
anyone whoever answered the phone at any time of the day or night. These people
were always polite and understanding and if they didn’t know the answer, they looked
into it and got back to me.
If anyone needs a recommendation about your company please don’t hesitate
to use me as a reference. I am looking forward to using your company again for the
2012 season and hoping you may get more buses in your fleet so you can
accommodate all my needs.

It is rare indeed that I take the time to send a letter of thanks and recommendation. In the case of J&J Transportation it would be irresponsible for me not to do so! So far we have used your services on 4 occasions (perhaps more, but 4 for sure). The drivers in every instance have been professional, courteous and helpful. In addition they have been on time or early as well as safe and responsible drivers. Our trips have been varied; from trips to/from the airport to parties as well as other venues. I feel comfortable having my wife and daughters use your service and rest easy knowing they are in good hands when they are with your guys.
All of your drivers have been great. We specifically had drivers Dave, John, Jorge and Abe and each one of these gentlemen have been exactly that; gentlemen. In this day and age it is refreshing to know that there are others that still feel as we do. That is that honesty, service and reliability are the hallmarks of any well run operation. I can say without hesitation that J&J has lived up to that standard.

The limo van was spotless, just as ordered and early to arrive. Olim, the driver, was polite, a careful driver, helpful and prompt. He drove several round trips during the beginning rain of Hurricane Irene on a road along the Delaware River with no problems. He escorted guests to the van with an umbrella and was amazing.

I used J & J for my wedding and I wanted to thank you for running such a respectable and friendly business. Out of all of the vendors I dealt with during the planning of my wedding, yours was the easiest to work with. I knew from the moment I called that I had made the right choice. We rented a Hummer for myself and my husband as well as our attendants. We also rented a motor coach for our guests as transportation to and from the reception. We canceled our reservation, but changed our minds the next day. A simple phone call was all it took to reissue our reservation without fees or issues. The vehicles were spotless and in perfect condition. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The drivers for both vehicles were excellent. They were knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and friendly. We enjoyed our vehicles so much and are happy we picked J & J. I will recommend you to my friends and family without hesitation. I would like to take the time to commend J & J Luxury Transportation for their wonderful service on our bus trip yesterday. I am a teacher in the Bangor Area School District. Some of my colleagues and I took 35 students to Washington, DC to tour the Vietnam Memorial and the Holocaust Museum. I was very impressed by the courtesy of your staff in helping me book the reservation. They were all very friendly and answered all of my questions, which is a rare thing to find today! I would really like to thank our wonderful bus driver named Ray. He was the absolute best! He was so accommodating throughout the entire trip. The bus ride was perfect. Ray knew exactly where to go and handled the drive with ease. Many of the students commented on what a great bus ride it was!
