I would like to take the time to commend J & J Luxury Transportation for their wonderful service on our bus trip yesterday. I am a teacher in the Bangor Area School District. Some of my colleagues and I took 35 students to Washington, DC to tour the Vietnam Memorial and the Holocaust Museum. I was very impressed by the courtesy of your staff in helping me book the reservation. They were all very friendly and answered all of my questions, which is a rare thing to find today! I would really like to thank our wonderful bus driver named Ray. He was the absolute best! He was so accommodating throughout the entire trip. The bus ride was perfect. Ray knew exactly where to go and handled the drive with ease. Many of the students commented on what a great bus ride it was! I just wanted to thank you all for your excellent services. I hired a limo bus for my wedding on 6/15 and everything was perfect! Firstly, when I called to book the limo, the person on the phone was great and tried to get me the best rate for what I needed for my day. Secondly, the limo driver was awesome and got us to all 3 stops with no problems at all! He showed up about 30 minutes early which was great because I did not spend one second of my day worrying about whether the bridal party was going to be on time! The limo itself was fabulous and we had so much fun in it. The best man in our wedding is still talking about how good the champagne was on the limo! My Drop off Sami, was careful in delivering me to the airport in snow conditions, and my pick up at the airport driver (Lonnie) was exceptional as well. He was patient with helping me get situated and in trying to recover my luggage as well.

We booked a trip to Vermont with the Juliet Tour (August 7th thru 9th) which consisted of 52 women. We had the pleasure of Sean Marrero as our driver. He far exceeded our expectations. Spending 3 days with 52 woman required someone special like Sean. Not only was he a safe driver he was always professional and rolled with the punches from us women. I want to write a comment about the person who helped me setup my reservation; Diana. Diana was so very helpful in planning this rental. She never once got annoyed or bothered by my phone calls. I called at least 3 different times on 3 different days. I originally called just to get estimates on this. This night is going to be very special. It is my wife’s surprise 30th birthday party. I wanted her to arrive in style. Without getting into the details, she has had a very trying year. There have been some personal setbacks this year for her. I wanted to do something so very special for my wife, because she deserves it. When Diana and I first spoke, there was no way I could afford to do this on my own. So I asked 2 other couples to join us to help split the costs a bit. Either way, I was going to be paying a lot of money out of my own pocket. One accepted and the other didn’t. Diana was instrumental in working with me and offered me a 10% discount which pretty much put me over the top. Her kind and caring ways made me comfortable in my decision. I never once felt pressured to do this. Listen, I am in sales, and I know all too well what that feels like. She was very professional, yet she gave it that personal touch. I almost want her to come along for the night now, because I feel like she should be there! In closing, Diana is a huge asset to J&J. I never booked here before and if all your staff is as friendly and as personal as Diana is, I will gladly book again and I will certainly refer your company to anyone I know. On Friday, May 10, our 8th grade class used your transportation company for our class trip to Philadelphia, originating in Kingston, PA. Our bus drivers were Joe Scandariato and Mike (I apologize for not having his last name). Joe and Mike were exceptional. I rode on Joe's bus and told him that I have gone on many class trips, and his driving was, by far, the smoothest and his personality, the best. He was so easy-going and never once became affected by the traffic. It was an absolute pleasure to ride with him in the driver's seat. The other chaperones who rode on Mike's bus assured me that they had the same pleasant experience. It is rare indeed that I take the time to send a letter of thanks and recommendation. In the case of J&J Transportation it would be irresponsible for me not to do so! So far we have used your services on 4 occasions (perhaps more, but 4 for sure). The drivers in every instance have been professional, courteous and helpful. In addition they have been on time or early as well as safe and responsible drivers. Our trips have been varied; from trips to/from the airport to parties as well as other venues. I wish to take the time to thank you for your wonderful service. From your office staff (Janina, in particular) to your many professional bus drivers, it is always a pleasure to deal with your courteous staff. My assigned driver Marco is always top notch. However, I wish to share with you my surprise delight with Allen on my last trip (Apr 24). Guests on his bus could not say enough good things about how personable and friendly he was to all of them. I had a brand new person that day in charge of the group on his bus. He was instrumental in putting her at ease by making the entire trip to Sight & Sound a breeze. By switching buses on the trip back, I was able to see for myself what all my guests were talking about.

The first time Allen drove for me was quite some time ago. I remember him as being very quiet then. Obviously, he has become more comfortable and was very responsive to my own strange and quirky style of being a tour group leader. We all liked him VERY much and would be proud to have him drive for us in the future. Actually, I haven't found a single driver from J&J that has ever been assigned me that I wouldn't want to return. How do you find such GEMS? Keep them coming! My experience has been that when employees are treated fairly, they become the best ambassadors of the company. You must be doing something right. Keep up the great work!

This is a late but very sincere thank you for all you did to help make our daughter's November 28th wedding day wonderful!
The three bus drivers were all kind and friendly. The bridal coach was so much fun, and the water, champagne, matching napkins were quite a special touch!!
When David, our driver in the bridal coach, started the CD, "Going to the Chapel" on our way to the church everyone laughed! It was a great way to start the trip to the chapel and begin this important day in our lives! (Mike and I drove with the girls to the church)

Thanks again for your time and help with all the transportation including the rides for Father Daniel. He was so appreciative of having a driver both Friday and Saturday. He did a wonderful job marrying our daughter and our now, son-in-law, Matt.

The limo van was spotless, just as ordered and early to arrive. Olim, the driver, was polite, a careful driver, helpful and prompt. He drove several round trips during the beginning rain of Hurricane Irene on a road along the Delaware River with no problems. He escorted guests to the van with an umbrella and was amazing.

Dear Staff of J and J Transportation,

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful bus transportation you have provided to our summer camps for the summers 2008 – 2011. I called your office back in January 2008 to make transportation arrangements for the summer and was greeted in a very professional manor. I was a bit hesitant to use a company that I never used before and was reassured by your team, that the service you provide was simply the best. I just want to let you know, that statement is 100% accurate.

Every time a bus was ordered it showed up on time and with a courteous driver. Even when I ordered a 55 passenger bus and you only had a 47 passenger you sent a van to make up for the difference in seats. I have never experienced service like that before. The buses were always clean and well maintained. They never broke down and were always prompt. The drivers all had cell phones and GPS devices to make sure they were reachable and not to get lost.

Besides the prompt service, clean buses and courteous drivers you also accommodated us on the price of all the charters, even when gas prices were out of control. We both gave in a little on some of the trips and you kept your word on all the contracts that we agreed upon. Again, very honest and good business practice.

Another point I want to mention, was my dealings with Shannon and honestly anyone whoever answered the phone at any time of the day or night. These people were always polite and understanding and if they didn’t know the answer, they looked into it and got back to me. If anyone needs a recommendation about your company please don’t hesitate to use me as a reference. I am looking forward to using your company again for the 2012 season and hoping you may get more buses in your fleet so you can accommodate all my needs.

I wanted to take the time to praise this organization and drivers on an excellent experience! Recently my extended family used your services for airport transfers for our vacation. First off, the office staff was extremely helpful in recommending what vehicles would work for us and accommodated us in a roomy and luxurious way that was pleasing to both the adults and children.
The drivers were not only professional and courteous but treated us like we were a family, not just a customer. Ken, who took us to the airport in 7 inches of wet snow, not only checked in with us the evening before but took extreme care and caution driving our family in a timely fashion through the treacherous road conditions. Adam was wonderful as well on our return trip, being sure to greet us at baggage claim with his business card and expedite our return home in a comfortable and safe manner. (The champagne was enjoyed and appreciated as well!)
We will definitely be using this service in the future for our airport transfers and would refer them to all family and friends!

I used J & J for my wedding and I wanted to thank you for running such a respectable and friendly business. Out of all of the vendors I dealt with during the planning of my wedding, yours was the easiest to work with. I knew from the moment I called that I had made the right choice. We rented a Hummer for myself and my husband as well as our attendants. We also rented a motor coach for our guests as transportation to and from the reception. We canceled our reservation, but changed our minds the next day. A simple phone call was all it took to reissue our reservation without fees or issues. The vehicles were spotless and in perfect condition. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The drivers for both vehicles were excellent. They were knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and friendly. We enjoyed our vehicles so much and are happy we picked J & J. I will recommend you to my friends and family without hesitation. Our bus driver’s first name is Michael...don’t know his last. But I just wanted whoever supervises his work to know how exceptionally wonderful he was to work with during our 3 day and 2 night trip last weekend. We had to change two stops, ‘no problem’ he said. He was courteous, helpful, always on time, flexible and very professional. Everyone on the bus loved him! I said as we finally got home an hour later than planned, ‘Michael, you were a terrific asset to our trip. If ever we contract again with J&J I am only willing to sign if you are our bus driver’.

Driss is an excellent driver. He drove my girlfriend and I into NYC last night to a concert. I knew we were in good hands when I noticed he didn’t even need the GPS, he knew the city like the back of his hand. We arrived early to the show and couldn’t enter the building. I told Driss I would love a slice of good NYC pizza and he knew exactly where to take us. Also, by the end of the night we were dying of thirst and had gone through all the water in the SUV, Driss then pulled over to get us some more. I would highly recommend Driss to other customers.

We have just returned from a trip with St. Mary’s Golden Age Club and are writing to commend Levardo Galray on his honesty and integrity regarding the return of my money purse that had fallen to the floor of the coach without my knowledge. Thanks to an honest young man, my prayers were answered before we left Pinegrove. When I saw Levardo on Friday and thanked him for his honesty he replied “that’s okay, that’s my job”. A Mr. Angelo from Warner Stain Glass Company called today to compliment not only his driver Olim, which he would like as his preferred driver because he is the “best chauffeur” but Aurora because he said he has never been treated nicer and more professional then he has been with Aurora. I just wanted to thank J&J for a swift and safe trip to my meeting in Philadelphia on June 17, 2014.
The driver, Hassan, arrived 15 minutes early and greeted me warmly. We chatted the entire trip down to Philly.
Hassan dropped me off at the door to the restaurant and was there again hours later when it was time to go to the evening's next event.
When I called Hassan at the event's end, he was there within minutes to pick me up and whisk me back home, chatting again all the way.
