I can’t say enough about J& J transportation, I walked in their office and was greeted by the most personable down to earth staff. I knew I wanted a party bus for my son’s 13th birthday and they had just what I was looking for. The driver Sean showed me two buses that matched my vision and I fell in love with the 14 passenger coach bus. I immediately booked it because I had a party scheduled for the following week. I also requested Sean to be my driver because his personality was so contagious, I had only met him for 5 minutes and we could not stop laughing. He made me feel like I was kicking it with my high school best friend. His experience as a former school teacher confirmed that I made the right decision choosing him as my driver for what felt like a school trip. Sean went above and beyond, by adding birthday decor and stocking the bus with drinks for my kiddos. When’s the party bus arrived, I was surprise to see I was upgraded to a bigger 24 passenger bus which was even more amazing than the one I originally fell in love with. Based on my experience, I am considering booking with them again for my wedding transportation. I promise you if you book with J&J transportation you will not be disappointed, especially if you book with Sean!! 10 stars hands down the best transportation service you will find in the area.

My family, a group of six along with 12 pieces of luggage plus carry-ons recently used J&J to travel to the New York Cruise terminal from Philly. We also went home the same way and in the middle of a snowstorm. Service was first rate, both drivers we had were pleasant and accommodating. The second driver's name was Michael Betancourt and unfortunately I do not remember the first driver's name but he was fantastic as well. Communication was simple and always readily available by text or phone. I would highly recommend this company if you have a need in this area!
