Please be courteous with our staff and try to let us know as soon as possible if you have a cancellation or any changes to make to your reservation. Deposits may be refundable, but our policy varies per vehicle. Please contact your reservationist for details.
Do I have to tip my driver?
Tipping varies. Please contact your reservationist for details.
Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?
No. J & J Transportation is a smoke-free fleet.
Making a Reservation
Do you have an App I can use?
Yes! You can download it on the Apple App Store or on Google Play.
How do I make a reservation?
In order to make a reservation, you can either call our office or request a quote online. For any trip requested 24 hours or less, please be sure to call the office at 610.776.1516.
Can I rent a vehicle for just me?
Of course! We have many smaller luxury vehicle options for those traveling by themselves or with one other person. Why risk your license, your livelihood and your reputation when you can share the fun with your family and friends in a J & J vehicle? Take the stress out of airport, business and or group travel with J & J Affordable Luxury Transportation.
I am organizing a school trip, what is the largest group you can accommodate?
Our largest bus can accommodate up to 55 passengers. We are happy to assist you with multiple vehicles if your group is larger than that. Please contact us for a quote.
Can I use a J & J vehicle for multiple days?
Yes. We do offer multi-day services. Please contact us with the specifics of your trip so we can accommodate you precisely.
If my address is not listed in your pickup area, can I still use J & J service?
Not in our pick-up area? No problem! Call us and we can set you up with one of our background-checked, licensed, and insured affiliates. Our affiliates are available all over the continental United States. Our team personally meets with other transportation companies to ensure that you have safe travel wherever you go. J&J reservationists will book your transportation, and reconfirm your transportation 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Special Requests
Can I request a particular driver?
Yes, every effort will be made to schedule the requested chauffeur accordingly.
I am traveling with an infant. Are there car seats available?
Yes, we can make car seats available. Please note any and all special requests at the time of reservation so we can be accommodating towards all travelers!
Will my vehicle have champagne in it?
Some vehicles come with a bar area. Those that have this feature designated will have champagne & bottled water supplied.
Mercedes Limo Vans, Limousines, Stretched SUVs, and Limo Coaches typically have this feature included.
My loved one needs non-emergency medical transportation. Can your service assist them?
Your loved ones are important to you, and they are important to us. For our clients who have medical or other special needs, even the simplest trip can be a great burden. We take special pride in offering extra attention to those who need it most. We provide non-emergency transportation to a hospital or doctor’s appointment for less cost than an ambulance or other emergency vehicle. Over the years we have transported the young, the elderly, the physically and developmentally disabled.
