Our driver, Hadi, was professional, knowledgeable, kind and made both of our trips to Madison Square Garden easy, stress free and safer. Would recommend him and J&J to anyone looking for transportation to a concert, sporting event and anything where, safety, style and comfort are important. We have used J & J Transportation now three times for transport from both JFK and Newark to Lehighton, Pa. Each pick-up was spot on with the driver at the airport and texting exactly how they were going to meet us. A welcomed comfort after a long flight. The last driver, Hazem S. picked us up yesterday morning, Easter Sunday. He was timely, helpful, certainly courteous and more. Admit that we are new to this luxury. It is so nice to sit back in a very clean, comfortable car, and know that you will be home shortly. We appreciate the complexity of the JFK pick-ups, but they never seem to complain.
